Preface: I highly suggest that this book be gone into blindly. I think that fact that I went into this book without really knowing what it was about heightened my enjoyment.
BLURB: Evie was not looking for a relationship when she meets Butler. She spends all of her time being a caregiver to her mother, who was diagnosed with Frontotemporal Dementia. Her past serious relationship had ended because he was unable to handle her commitment as a caregiver. When Evie meets Butler she decides not to tell him about her mothers ailment out of fear that he would be unable to handle it.
I went into this book completely blind and I am so glad that I did. I was not expecting the emotional journey that Alison G. Bailey had written. I really liked Evie, I thought she was a strong heroine. She put her dreams on hold when her mother got diagnosed. Butler was so perfect for her and their chemistry was solid right from the beginning.
